Job Description:

This role will be responsible for managing and guiding clients through SAP OpenText cloud-based implementations of OpenText vendor invoices and SAP financial management solutions along with helping clients optimize their solution to maximize best business practices. Job Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting the project requirements, conducting gap analysis, preparing design documents and functional specification.
• Coordinate with cross platform module team members during the implementation of the solution, participate in the functional testing, deployment activities and day-to-day administration of the systems.
• Participate in migrations, upgrades, enhancement, and implementation support on SAP HANA public and private cloud.
• Responsible for Opentext SAP HANA VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) implementation, automate the vendor invoices process using Opentext Machine learning for multiple countries.
• Perform the End-to-End Configuration for Opentext SAP HANA VIM integration with VIM workflow, SAP FI , MM, Ariba Interfaces, IDOCS, BDCs & proxy, and contribute to the cross-platform module Ariba Cloud integration (CIG) to integrate with Opentext SAP HANA VIM
• Participate and contribute to configure Opentext XECM including content repository & archive server, Enterprise scanner, Archive document type, OCR, VIM document type (PO & NPO), profiles, custom fields & custom screens, VIM exception handling, process types & process options, PO Blocked & NPO Approvals, VIM reports, VIM workplace, VIM analytics.
• Participate and contribute to RICEFW objects like VIM workflows, Interfaces, IDOCS, BDCs & Proxy.
• Participate and contribute to advanced configuration of TeamSite LiveSite / Exstream / OpenText Media Management /  Opentext content Server software components.

Qualification Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP & OpenText.
• At least 3 full lifecycle implementations on SAP HANA OpenText VIM.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText IES, ICC, BCC, Enterprise Scanner, OCR, XCEM Content Server and Archive Server.
• Expert knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ABAP, SAP FI, SAP MM and SAP Ariba.
• Working experience on Service now, HPALM, ITSM, MDG, JIRA, BMC HELIX and SLT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-facing project experience.
• SAP FICO certification & OpenText Vendor invoice management certification is highly desirable.
